Actress Swara Bhasker has always been vocal about her experiences and never shies away from giving it back to the trolls. From getting married to politician Fahad Ahmed and welcoming their daughter Raabiyaa, she has been living her best life. On Tuesday early morning, she took to her official social media handle to call out a well-known Hindi publication for fat shaming her. She shared a screenshot of their tweet, which stated that she has not been receiving any projects due to her post-pregnancy weight. 

Taking to her official X (formerly known as Twitter) handle, she expressed her anger out in Hindi and mentioned how while other media channels are talking about the ongoing Lok Sabha Elections and the exit polls, Amar ujala is more concerned about Swara gaining weight. In another tweet, she vented out anger by writing, “For those who cannot read the Devnaagri script.. this is a leading Hindi newspaper handle that thinks it’s news-worthy that a recent mom, who birthed a child a few months ago put on weight! For those who don’t know, the 36-year-old actress announced her marriage to Fahad in February 2023. They proceeded to tie the knot in March 2023, in an intimate yet lavish ceremony in Delhi in the presence of their family and close friends. Despite being heavily trolled for marrying out of the religion, the couple maintained a strong front and kept on living their lives. They welcomed their daughter Rabiyaa in September 2023.
